Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bajifair ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm that:

General Bonus Conditions

• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajifair customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajifair platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

Account Suspension & Closure

bajifair reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identification or payment information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or bonus abuse.

• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• A valid self-exclusion request made by the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to restrict access.

Voluntary Account Closure

Prior to closing your account, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 working days.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Before applying dormancy fees or closing a dormant account, bajifair will make reasonable attempts to contact the player using the registered contact details on file. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to avoid dormancy status.

Appeals

If your account has been suspended or closed by bajifair and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting our support team.
